They say 2 inches but if I go up two inches I can barely keep my pants up. I wear my 1911 IWB in front of my right hip with my regular size pants (I guess my belly is soft enough to conform). It is pretty much invisible and does not interfere with sitting in a chair or driving. I wear it all the time and find it comfortable enough.

Shrum was a speechwriter, first for New York City Mayor John Lindsay, Edmund Muskie and Ted Kennedy. He has worked for George McGovern, and Jimmy Carter. He also worked on Al Gore’s campaign and John Kerry’s campaign. As a campaign worker, he’s a loser; his candidates have never won.

Seriously, someone would have died if even three of the praying people had been armed. The element of surprise does have an advantage. But worst case scenario, the bastard might have killed two or three before someone pulled out a gun and stopped the ONLY SHOOTER by means of serious injury or death. He would have deserved it. And there would still have been a victim or two. Let’s be honest.
