Sickening that major social and political issues are decided by an appointed judiciary in a republic. The Supreme Court is responsible for abortion on demand and the legalization of homosexuality that in effect acquiesces to the widespread molestation and ruination of young boys. How can any rational decent person support that Court or take an oath to serve and uphold it?

-— John Roberts, the swing vote when the court upheld Obamacare in 2012, said little during the March 4 oral argument to indicate how he will vote. -—

Uh-oh.

I will be very surprised if Obamacare is struck down.

Whatever they decide won’t change the laws of nature and nature’s God or the Constitution one whit.

In other words, what they’re really deciding is whether they themselves, and the offices they hold, will be legitimate or not.

Meanwhile, the state-run media is putting the claim out there (the propaganda) that the Charleston murders are the result of this country moving too far to the right.

Did the person writing that idea slip into a coma and just came out thinking it is 1955?

This country is being kicked and dragged and ridiculed and bludgeoned to the left.

The series of USSC rulings that are about to rip the heart out of this nation (just as Dred Scot and Roe v. Wade) is just another nail in our coffin.

We will have to see how well the Obama administration's threats, intimidation and bribery strategy is working.

It's worked well in Congress.

a compromise would be for the court to rule that marriage is between a man and a woman but that states could allow formal cohabitation contracts among two individuals that put the matter of property ownership, joint taxes, child adoption and a host of other. such an arrangement would be similar to a partnership agreement or LLC corporation

If a man and a woman get married and, immediately following the words “I now pronounce you man and wife”, one of them drops dead, the survivor cannot claim the estate of the dead person because the wedding was never cosumated. How do two men married to each other or two women married to each other consumate their marriage, the men do not have vaginas and the women do not have penises. Look up the definition for consumate.

The final nail in the coffin is at hand. The clearest demarcation point in the transformation of this once-great country into the degenerate sewer it has become. A nation so morally twisted that it equates two perverted homos as the same as a husband-and-wife is no longer a nation that is worth fighting for.

Ultimately what the Supreme Court rules is meaningless. It is a sin before God and no court ruling will ever change that

Justice Kennedy...stressed the nobility and dignity of same-sex couples.

Disgusting, if true.

Didn’t Utah have to acknowledge monogamy as a condition of statehood? Well, yes, and wasn’t monogamous marriage between a man and a woman. Yes again, but no matter, it will be crammed down our throats. The law has become a mere whim of what five judges decide. They can twist the equal protection clause to mean just about anything. One other thing, why don’t 18 year old women have to sign up for the draft, 18 year old boys have to under penalty of fines and imprisonment.

If the SC rules wrongly on either of these cases, it will have jumped the shark. At that point it should be publicly ridiculed and openly defied.

Whatever. Those arrogant freaks in the SCOTUS may think they have the power to redefine marriage, but they are mistaken. They can say what they want, “strike-down” whatever they wish, but they cannot change reality and thousands of years of tradition and sanity. All the homos who shack up together can never ever be married. They cannot even consummate a marriage. It’s all a farce.

Chief Justice John Roberts, the swing vote when the court upheld Obamacare in 2012, said little during the March 4 oral argument to indicate how he will vote.

That's because he was preoccupied with glancing down the floor, staring at his briefcase.

If parents where making sure that their children were being taught the Constitution, then grade school children would probably be able to tell us the following about the constitutionality of Obamacare and so-called gay “marriage.”

Not only have the states never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for intrastate healthcare purposes, but the Founding States made the 10th Amendment to clarify that the Constitution’s silence about marriage means that the states are free to make 10th Amendment-protected laws which prohibit constitutionally unprotected gay “marriage.”
