that was hillary clinton in 1994 instructing the teachers union to call on the girls instead of the boys. the result of this over the 12 year education cycle would be a neglected, or down graded, education for the boys.

But I went to school with males my whole life and they sat beside me in my history classes. I actually listened and care about history. The males in my classes typically goofed off in history during middle school and high school. That being said, they also typically did better than I did in math. I cannot do math to save my life. I did know a few males in my grade who could match my obsession with history, and I knew several students, male and female, who couldn’t care less about history.
