If the SCOTUS does as suspected they will do, the pubbies won’t have much choice about doing something. It was making rounds last few days that Scotus will rule against subsidies except in states with exchanges, but that they’ll stay implementation of the order for a year or so to give transition time. The idea is that the people who are getting subsidies are not the ones to blame because Congress screwed up.

IOW, the pubbies will have to decide how to run the exchanges for an entire year even though they’re illegal.
