Journalists who don't parrot the party line have a new name: "unprivileged belligerents".

This is awesome. The left might be following the Communist manifesto, but they’re implementing things in the wrong order. You piss off the media, and suddenly you become a pariah.

The media is not our friend. They have chosen to be like that and it is fine with me.

Frankly, I think it is a step in the right direction. I’d no more trust a journalist than a drug dealer.

I’ve always thought of them in that way.

Which ones of the media will this administration target?

HINT: It’s not the ones defending islam or obama (but I repeat myself)

Most "journalists" are terrorists.

New Pentagon Manual Declares Journalists Can Be Enemy Combatants

Not quite what it says: "“In general, journalists are civilians. However, journalists may be killed as enemy combatants if you can ascertain they are working with Fox News or the Washington Times, or any number of conservative web blogs.”

the folks who own the MSM also own the DC politicians. This is just a way to control, via a threat of incarceration so the reporters don’t go rogue on the ruling elite and the DC government officials. They don’t need no stinking First Amendment.

That is exactly how I have been regarding them since they threw the election to Bill Clinton in 1992.

They are Fascist soldiers with bylines.

No, they are our blood enemy, and we should be figuring out ways to cut their economic throats, and degrade their influence.

This Pentagon choice won’t ‘piss off the media’... the MSM likes the heavy hand of thuggery resting on them.

BUT...

Some in the press are fighting back...

Reason.com was order to hand over the names of people who made comments on their site....

I've said this for years. In case of a revolution/insurrection the Press is my #1 target.

I was interviewed by the Waco Trib on the one year anniversary of my viral letter "Put Me In Charge" and got a tour of the paper. The Editor asked me if I ever imagined being there. I said "Yes, but it's always at night and I have satchel charges".

Why did you post Fox news telling us about the link to the Washington times, why not just post the Washington Times link?

As far as the change, good, it needed to me made, a lot of Vietnam vets are wondering if it includes our commie journalists.

““It’s a realization that not everyone abides by the same standards we do,” said Mr. Rubin. “Just as Hamas uses United Nations schools as weapons depots and Iran uses charity workers for surveillance, many terrorist groups use journalists as cover.”

Mr. Rubin recalled that two al Qaeda terrorists posed as journalists to assassinate anti-Taliban leader Ahmad Shah Massoud. Chechen Islamists went on missions with camera crews.

“Journalists are the new consultant. Anyone can claim to be one,” he said. “No American serviceman should ever be killed because a politician told them they had to take a foreign journalist at his or her word.”
