The Reichstag has passed the following law, which is, with the approval of the Reichsrat, herewith promulgated, after it has been established that it meets the requirements for legislation altering the Constitution.
Article 1. National laws can be enacted by the Reich Cabinet as well as in accordance with the procedure established in the Constitution. This also applies to the laws referred to in Article 85, Paragraph 2, and in Article 87 of the Constitution.
Article 2. The national laws enacted by the Reich Cabinet may deviate from the Constitution as long as they do not affect the position of the Reichstag and the Reichsrat. The powers of the President remain undisturbed.
Article 3. The national laws enacted by the Reich Cabinet shall be prepared by the Chancellor and published in the Reichsgesetzblatt. They come into effect, unless otherwise specified, the day after their publication. Articles 68-77 of the Constitution do not apply to the laws enacted by the Reich Cabinet.
Article 4. Treaties of the Reich with foreign states which concern matters of national legislation do not require the consent of the bodies participating in legislation. The Reich Cabinet is empowered to issue the necessary provisions for the implementation of these treaties.
Article 5. This law becomes effective on the day of its publication. It becomes invalid on April 1, 1937; it also becomes invalid if the present Reich Cabinet is replaced by another.

There are now three courses of action available to us:
- Roll over and die. Move out of the country or just "hunker down" and shelter in place
- The Article 5 Convention of States as described by Mark Levin, et al. Rein back the Feds by Constitutional Force, since we can't count on the feds to control themselves, not can we count on the stupid wing of the Uniparty to even try to amend the Constitution on their own.
- Armed conflict.
I, personally, cannot support armed conflict... The number of people being hauled off as political prisoners is nowhere even close enough yet to come close to justifying such an action. (Though it is always possible that the circumstances may change)
Likewise, I am nowhere near the point of rolling over. Moving out of the country? Where?
Elect better people to the White House and Congress? Tell me, how has that worked out for us?
Even with the potential risks, the only option is the Article 5 Convention. Or we may well see our own version of The Enabling Act before he end of next year.
I see peaceful “civil disobedence” as one possible response.

That depends upon a SCOTUS that acts on the rule of law.
The fourth course action just to pray. God is the only one who can set the country on the right course. Even if He has decided America has existed long enough, at least He granted this once great country a noble, beautiful run.
Do you REALLY believe these bastards are EVER going to give up their NEVER ending power and give us an article 5 convention, I am just sick our state and federal governments are TOTALLY CORRUPT!!!!! We need to at least try on Article V if they deny us that it will justify our side more on the next civil war and will be great PR against the state...

At some point I intend to “go dark” on sites like this one and will find may way into the camps via the employment door, I hope to rescue patriots inside the camps and help them escape.
I could very well be right and it does grow very popular and as Rush says, do not doubt me.
We passed our Enabling Act in December of last year. We will not come back from that and there is no strong industrial Constitutional republic on the other side of the world to smash our system once it takes hold in earnest, which it is in the process of doing now, and recivilize us. The modern analogue of America circa 1942 is, what? China? Daesh?

Civil disobedience only works against a civilized opponent.
We do not have that luxury.

If you think progressives have won, then you do not see the whole picture. Cruz refers to them as the DC Cartel. The Cartel has won. Just like the Mexican Drug Cartels own Mexico. Socialist progressives are getting screwed. They have to pay the Obama fine for health insurance they cannot afford. The Fascists Cartel is winning. The good news is they comprise only a very small percentage of the population.
