I know the police chief has said he would like to see cases of 911 dispatchers charged criminally for this sort of thing but I’m not sure there is any legal recourse.

Yeah I think that ship sailed when SCOTUS ruled the Cops had no obligation whatsoever to protect citizens from harm.

I'm not following you.....

It was not the dispatchers fault..it was the EMT not following the dispatchers "orders".

Am I missing something?
