Justice Antonin Scalia is chastising the Supreme Court’s landmark decision legalizing same-sex marriage on Friday as an affront to the principle of democratic rule.
Scalia argues in his opinion that the court is increasingly creating policy rather than serving as a neutral arbiter.
“Today’s decree says that my Ruler, and the Ruler of 320 million Americans coast-to-coast, is a majority of the nine lawyers on the Supreme Court,” he writes.
“This practice of constitutional revision by an unelected committee of nine, always accompanied (as it is today) by extravagant praise of liberty, robs the People of the most important liberty they asserted in the Declaration of Independence and won in the Revolution of 1776: the freedom to govern themselves.”

Amen. And may He curse the other 6 for going against His Holy Word. That may sound harsh, but people we're talking about the survival of the US and He condemns homosexual acts in many places in His inspired Word. He loves the sinner, but it's just as true that He hates the sin and there are numerous passages of scripture in which He condemns homosexual acts as sin. If He doesn't hate homosexual acts why did He destroy Sodom and Gomorrah and all the homosexuals in those cities with fire from the heavens?
Will He destroy the US because of our rulers' advocacy of homosexual sin as a Constitutional "right"? He probably won't have to, our overlords in the DC are doing a pretty good job of that by themselves.

I was making some phone calls to see if anyone had heard what the nature of Judge Scalia’s relationship is with Justice Ginsberg.
Being Friday evening at the end of June, nobody’s around - the office doors are closed and the secretary put the phone on voice mail.
