NEW YORK — New York City businesses could soon need to convert some of their bathrooms to gender-neutral facilities.
The legislation comes after a report by Stringer’s office found that transgender people experience harassment in public bathrooms. Advocates say it is a common-sense step to tackling gender bias and harassment.
New York’s proposal follows similar measures in Philadelphia, West Hollywood and the District of Columbia.

Yeah I’m sure women will just love it when they are going into the bathroom and a strange guy walks in.
So because a handful of men can’t handle having a dick, and using the mens’ room, I have to have my right to privacy invaded?
Soon they will require glory holes as well.
Like the womens are gonna enjoy strange men peeing on the toilet seats left in the down position. Its a fluxed up state of affairs.
The average New York woman voter deserves the discomfort. And who knows, it may serve to instruct.
If I ever use one of them, I’ll make it a point not to raise the seat.

It could get pretty expensive if everyone has to install 58 bathrooms in order to avoid assaults by the gender police. In fact, most of the offices, kitchens, counters and stuff would probably have to be moved out onto the streets to make room.

What is missing here is the acceptance that in order for the "Escape From New York" societies to work, you need controlled access points and armed guards to keep the special people away from the normals.
Women should take dumps in the urinals. Some would say they aren’t designed for that. True but neither is the anus for the penis but that’s sanctioned now as legal gay marriage which is a toilet bowl all unto itself.

My daughter went into a public restroom in California the other day. She came out completely disgusted at the filth and the transgender use of said women’s restroom.

Are you kidding? Daaaamn, why couldn’t I have one of those when I was in High school LOL! I can’t believe girls would use that though if guys were there.
They should have several individual bathrooms, all marked “normal” except for one...marked: “FREAKS!”
They're supposed to. They probably say they do. I'm telling you, I see it at my gym when the hockey and lacrosse teams come in for their core workouts and all: The kids don't freaking bathe before they leave.
And I don't think it's that they go home for their showers— 'cuz when they come into the gym before their workout, you can smell them coming!
My current theory is that they're self-conscious about taking off their clothes, because someone might think they're homosexual. Or someone might be homosexual. Nobody gave it a thought when I was a kid 100 years ago—when people were supposedly uptight about sex.
