News leaked Thursday that Bob Beckel was leaving “The Five,” Fox News channel’s wildly successful afternoon talk show.

“We tried to work with Bob for months, but we couldn’t hold The Five hostage to one man’s personal issues. He took tremendous advantage of our generosity, empathy and goodwill and we simply came to the end of the road with him.
But in the same statement, Fox gave a preview of who will be on air in Beckel’s place, at least for the short term:

From watching Beckel a few times, it almost seemed like he thought he was obligated to take some really silly Leftist stances - maybe he’s a conservative at heart and needed the booze and drugs to blunt the pain of public humiliation.

Look, I don’t expect everyone to agree with my political views. Do it civilly and at least show some connection to reality and I can at least understand.
Whorealdo doesn’t see anything wrong with what the illegal aliens are doing. He’s a morally bankrupt individual.
He’s not honest. He’s not civil. He’s an incredibly stupid egotistical brash and rude person.
Unlike you, I won’t hit the mute. I immediately change channels or turn the TV off if he’s on it.
Any network stupid enough to give that man a platform to spew that level of objectionable views, is not worthy of my viewership.
FoxNews has no idea how badly he damages their standing with me.
