What the hell does the KKK have to do with this?

In reality? Nothing. He's using the KKK as a "test case" since they're not exactly what one would call a "sympathetic group."

Once he's able to do this to the KKK, there's no stopping him from a legal precedent perspective.

As we've seen yesterday and today, the USSC (oh hell, the entire court system!) is in bed with the evil that is Obama.

No one's going to be safe.

Yes, absolutely!

In the very same way the recent controversy over the Confederate flag is not really about the Confederate flag, but is merely a “test case” to censor the symbols that they’re really after, like crosses and Stars of David..... Pretty much anything but satanic monuments & crescent moons.

The trick is to influence a desired outcome by arousing emotions against an “organization” a majority of Americans hate so that any opposition to it would appear to be sympathetic to a hate group. These people are stone-cold hearted and bitterly political.

Also, if pro-liberty groups stand up for the KKK’s rights, then Obama will be able to say: “Look all those right-wing groups are standing with the KKK, they’re all a bunch of bigots.”

This is true. He’s after dissenters of any kind. He’d love to have legal data on members of all sorts of venues - even here.

They (NSA and FBI) already know who/where we are it’s just that it is illegal how they got it. Having it legalized allows him to do all sorts of punitive actions - like publishing the names and addresses.

So, the KKK pretext is used here because it’s the one reason RINOs in Congress can’t work against even as a matter of Constitutional protections.
