Had the Ruling gone the other way, they would have still lit up the White House as a Protest. No doubt in my mind.
They had it covered either way, though I am well aware that this Criminal Administration was already tipped off.
That would be likely... a sympathy move. So they wanted it just the same.
It probably is a multi purpose system that can do more than just a rainbow. But this was its maiden use, apparently.
