Sheriff Clarke just used this R word to forecast the fallout from Supreme Court Ruling
Western Journalism ^ | 6-29-15 | Norvell Rose

Last week’s 5-4 Supreme Court decision declaring same-sex marriage to be a constitutionally protected right in all 50 states is setting up battle lines across the country, with many church leaders and some state officials indicating they will stand firm in protecting the religious liberty of those who find the high court’s decision morally offensive.

There’s even a high-profile law enforcement figure who has taken to social media with a warning about the “cultural rot” associated with the court’s declaration that gay marriage is legal across the country, despite what individual states and their residents might say. Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, well known and highly regarded in conservative circles, made a bold and provocative prediction on his Twitter feed over the weekend, saying that today’s anger over the Supreme Court decision will turn to rage, then revolt.

Given Sheriff Clarke’s very public positions on support for the Second Amendment, for America’s police forces, and opposition to numerous policies of President Obama and his liberal supporters, it’s little wonder that his tweet drew a lot of passionate responses from his more than 64,000 followers. Quite a few respondents encouraged Sheriff Clarke to become a prominent leader of the opposition, so to speak, beyond his frequent criticism of the sharp left turn the country is making.

Probably something to do with the adoption of his children?

"Note to self: next time, don't adopt kids from Ireland through South America." --Chief Justice John Roberts.

Now ... we need a Congress with brains and guts.

No. A congress that can't be blackmailed into submission.

Don't you think that it would set a very dangerous precedent to impeach judges because you didn't like their decisions???

I think it set a very dangerous precedent back in 1973 when justices were NOT impeached after defecating all over the Constitution.

Every oath violator is subject to impeachment. They need to be impeached and removed and replaced for they have violated their oath to OUR Constitution by creating a new federal power not enumerated in OUR Constitution.

-— perhaps that liberty is most appreciated by those who in one fashion or another had to struggle for it. -—

I’m the son of an immigrant. I knew all about communism and current events in high school, and was passionate about it. Everyone else was, “huh? What? Who?”

Thanks be to God that He has raised up at least a few good men like this sheriff.

I am of the opinion that a second civil war is no longer avoidable for the US.

A CW II will surely begat a WW III.

But how can we replace them with something better without holding the WH and 60-67 votes in the Senate?

Well Deem it passed seemed to work for Pelosie. All the GOPe has to do is the same thing that they do to us when they are in the majority. Harry controlled the House simply be refusing to bring anything that the House passed to the floor for a vote. Our RINOs on the other hand want to reach across the aisle to show that they are lovable.

Politician's today are too spineless and jaded to use their real power fro anything that might actually advance liberty.

It is a mistake to presume that Congress is not wielding their real power, they are, but they are letting the Court take the blame for it. Maybe the GOPe is not as dumb as you think.

I didn't say they weren't wielding their power. I argue that they are. I said they weren't wielding their power to advance liberty.

If true, it is the best news I have heard in over 6 years.

Freepers have known this for years. The lawyer types here used to thrash B1 Bomber Bob for saying this.

Long overdue and probably the best thing for America in the end. Bring it.

The court like the rest of gov’t has lost any legitimacy.

We will not consent, we will not comply. Civil disobedience to such tyranny will be more than the domestic enemies can handle. Their edicts must be enforced and send armed men to put their will upon us. Bring it. They are that stupid to attempt to meddle and undermine culture, tradition, and fundamental religious beliefs. What is this, amateur hour? How many times in history has this caused wars and backfired?

Churches attacked and innocents killed means just war clause has just passed and it’s open season. Or, hunting season rather. The tyrants themselves will face personal consequences. Thus starts the reset.

I enjoy Mike Vanderboegh’s post on the matter:

http://sipseystreetirregulars.blogspot.com/2015/06/the-reset-button.html

“I was having this conversation with a reader the other day in reference to the firearm laws we are breaking in the various states and he asked me what we were going to do about previous infringements, going back to GCA 68 and the NFA of 1934. I told him, when they start the shooting we don’t quit until we have pushed the reset button on the last 100 plus years of infringements. They lose it all — the Federal Reserve, fiat currency, the income tax, all the gun laws, all the nanny state fascism, the murder of innocents on demand, the tortured rendering of the Interstate Commerce clause, the bloated federal bureaucracy, everything. EVERYTHING.”

We need righteous men and women (like Sheriff Clarke) to rise up and take this country back from those doing the bidding of Satan.

If we go down this asinine road, the liberals will challenge EVERY correct decision that the court makes....no thank you, a bad decision is just that.....but we don't impeach judges for decisions that we disagree with.

Whether they have the will to remove, they have the authority as granted by the Constitution.
