The waters will be tested with cases like this 2-3 times a week from here on out.

Count on it.

Flint Dollar (is that a male-stripper name or a male-prostitute name?) is a shockingly evil person. Someone engaged in homosexual sex is sinful and vio0lating God’s will, but not necessarily evil. A person who would attempt to force the Catholic Church, or any religious institution, to violate a central tenet of their faith is evil. I hope this predator receives justice soon.

Now it begins. All of our religious schools and enterprises will be facing these lawsuits. All our religious enterprises will be bled dry, financially. The only way to fight this is to defy these people. Yep, it may mean going to jail or worse. Either that, or “COMPLY” to the wishes of these people. We are headed for some very dark days.

There’s Catholics in Macon, Georgia? As well as same-sex married couples?

It must have changed a lot since I was there in the 60s.

Freedom of religion trumps buggery. Case closed.

Everything will depend on the specific terms of his contract. The courts really, really want to force religious institutions to retain employees who blatantly violate or openly oppose the tenets of the religion, but they haven't managed to make it stick, yet. Appeals courts have upheld contracts.

One possible approach is to declare that a contract requiring employees to refrain from active opposition to Christianity is morally repugnant, like a murder-for-hire contract, and therefore unenforceable.

Catholic schools need an HR person with gaydar skills. Seems like they’re always getting into trouble with gay employees. Opt to hire applicants who are married to the opposite sex with three kids, a big hound dog and who’s hobbies include fishing, hunting and watching football.

If we were amoral like the left, the proponents of these lawsuits would have “accidents”...
