Trey is rather limited in what his committee can do. He wrote a very good explanatory article about this recently, sorry I don’t have a link. I was surprised at how limited the committee is.
I’m sure the committee will be reacting to this new information.
Plus, the committee held its first meeting in September 2014. That’s not 3 years ago.
