Read the article. It’s not the results they are suing over, its the course.

"Large contributions to the corrupt Clinton Foundation, large contributions to the most corrupt liberals in congress, support for banning guns, support for socialized health care, support for amnesty, and now stealing cash from hard working Americans. Is there anything this liberal POS can do that his supporters won't defend?"

All of that, and don't forget that he twice tried to get the government to steal the property of American citizens under eminent domain so that he could profit from it.

If you really notice, though, his supporters rarely attempt to defend any of that. Instead they choose to ignore it.

What a stretch. This judge was born in Indiana and his surname Curiel is part of the ancient legacy of the Anglo Saxon tribes of Britain.

Not a Trump guy, this is from the bottom of the judges Wikipedia page

Categories: 1953 birthsJudges of the United States District Court for the Southern District of CaliforniaLiving peopleUnited States district court judges appointed by Barack ObamaHispanic and Latino American judges

just sayin, maybe the stretch aint that great.

The Unlikely Turning Point in the Same Sex Marriage Battle (Trump's Pro-Gay Pageant)

Donald Trump: We Need A Health Care System Like What Canada Has

Trump's Flip-Flop on Abortion

All one really needs to do is a Trump keyword search and go back a few years.

If only Newt Gingrich was running, then we could ignore the fact that his new best friend is Van Jones.

Sad that so many are still taken in by this liberal charlatan.

I agree.

We conservatives are supposed to be better and smarter than letting Trump fake a run to the far right...

... followed by purposefully losing the GOP nom...

... followed by an indy run (splitting the GOP vote, and handing Hillary the keys to ruin our fine Country).

(In brief, the FULL PEROT!)

The Clintons have run a GOP poseur TWICE.

One suspects that they are doing it again.

Our side has been vowing to overturn Roe vs Wade since the early 70’s. How’s that working out?

I think he is a realist and is concerned about American economic independence over anything.
His social issues will fall back to states rights IMHO.

I don’t need another “New World Order” type in the WH and neither do you.

Ted Cruz is saying what needs to be said. He’s blunt, and to the point, but he does so in a sharp, cool manner, while maintaining his dignity. He doesn’t flail about like a boorish clown, yelling and cursing.

Moreover, Cruz doesn’t have a record of liberal stances, nor has he ever told anyone, “I identify myself as a Democrat.”

Thank you for that.

If you read the story this lawsuit has merit. Trump promised through his fake university something that was never delivered. A judge of any ancestry should rule just as this one did. If Trump had taken you for your money I'm sure you would agree with the ruling.

I don’t want a Perot either. Let’s see a debate or two.

The GOPe wants Jeb. Period.

But he’s making bold promises!

Kinda like his bold promise to produce Obama’s birth certificate.

“Read the article. It’s not the results they are suing over, its the course.”

Looks like a typical “poor me, I’m a victim” frivolous lawsuit to me.

A keyword search is too much to ask. Either they don’t want to know, or they don’t care, because, as the mantra goes, “He’s saying all the right things.”

Forget the things he’s said before. They’re entranced by the sideshow.

“I think he is a realist and is concerned about American economic independence over anything.”

Yep. That’s the only issue I’m considering for 2016.
I think the culture war is already lost.
Let’s close the border, get better trade deals, jobs for Americans.

RIght you are. I'm sure you noticed as you were there, the usual suspects were conspicuously absent from the thread I posted wherein liberal Trump praised Obama's eulogy of slain pastor Clementa Pinckney. The eulogy turned gun control rally. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3306822/posts

I’ve said for years that Trump is an expert at the art of stating the obvious then running to the front of the parade and claiming he is the first.

He can deal with states rights anytime.

The SCOTUS has a problem already declaring Queer marriage across the land yet is very selective on RKBA.

One is in the Constitution and one is NOT!

Looks like a typical “poor me, I’m a victim” frivolous lawsuit to me.

And with Trump's long liberal past including his recent offer of amnesty to ILLEGAL aliens he looks just like a liberal democRAT to me.

Opinions vary.

Do you mean by Scam that profits were excessive?
Does buyer beware still apply?
When Apple charges $400 for an iPad which costs them $25 to manufacture in China, does that qualify as a scam?
Why I can buy airline ticket to go from LA to NY cheaper than going from NY to Minneapolis? Tail winds?
Are excessive profits now the new taboo?

I do not need to read any article which claims profits were excessive and therefore it is a scam. Oil is now selling for $57 per barrel and there are no shortages. A few months ago it was $110 per barrel. Was that then a scam by oil companies for artificially rigging the price higher? Scams every where! Or may be it is just the dirty free market capitalism at work.

"Our side has been vowing to overturn Roe vs Wade since the early 70’s. How’s that working out?"

Hasn't happened yet. How do you think electing a liberal is going to help---a man who still donates heavily to pro-abortion leftists?

"I think he is a realist and is concerned about American economic independence over anything. His social issues will fall back to states rights IMHO."

You can think anything you want, but until you inform yourself, you're self-deluding. Don't expect liberal Trump to be some kind of Constitutional scholar.

"I don’t need another “New World Order” type in the WH and neither do you."

Don't tell me what I need. You got me?

What the country needs is a solid Constitutional conservative. Not a liberal pro-abortion, gun-banning, pro-socialist healthcare, pro-eminent domain shyster.

Until you realize that, you're just like the Obamabots bleating for "change."
