There are public universities = non profit = funded by tax payers = waste galore.
Then there are privately owned universities which must survive on tuitions + voluntary donations, usually run better.

Good thing he didn’t take over Wharton or Boalt.. The legal business could be a real place to make a killing. Instead of real estate.
