Police are circulating this footage after an unsuspecting 52 year-old Navy veteran was knocked to the ground by a street thug and then beaten unconscious.
The Navy veteran NEVER saw it coming.
The suspect is described as a black teenager with braided hair, wearing blue jeans, a white sweat shirt, red tennis shoes and a black baseball cap.
The victim had just exited a trolley on June 13th. Don’t expect this to make many headlines. It doesn’t fit the liberal media narrative.

Your last statement says everything I need to know about your perspective, "..he is inviting such a situation." Again, you blame the victim. This is the same antiquated viewpoint that says a woman who dresses provocatively, invites a rape. You are still putting all the burden on the victim to "prevent" the attack. It is not his fault.
BTW, it is not against the law to wear headphones in this country. That is not why he was attacked. He was attacked because of the depraved criminality of these two black tugs, the one attacking and his back-up.
That’s fine, just keep in mind that these are usually coordinated attacks and they are prepared for bystanders getting involved, just watch the way the thug in grey is walking backwards in case someone decided to pursue the attacker.
Well, compared to living in the ISIS caliphate in the Middle East, where those vicious, radical Islamic beasts indiscriminately kill men, women and children in depraved, in-human ways, for slights to their beliefs, it means exactly what I meant it to mean. We are civilized. They are not.
I don't think so -- one of the men looks older and is carrying shopping bag; the guy in the gray sweats looks like he is about to tackle the perp, but backs off at the last second and seems torn between walking away and helping ghe victim (he walks away; and the third person in the background, watches from afar before walking off. None of them seem connected to the prep in that there are no high-fives or photos.

I am a proud American who happens to be black. This disgusting behavior on behalf of the perps makes me ashamed to be black. I’d like to throttle the moron and tell him to take his head out of his backside. Sadly, there is indeed a sense of entitlement within large (but not all) segments of the black community that gives them the idea that they can perform such acts with impunity. Unfortunately, with our milquetoast legal system, it is important for civilized community members to be prepared to address such criminal activity on their own.

It has been a long time since I heard about a knockout “game”. The media blackout (sorry, African-American-out) was thorough.
I don't live in a fantasy world. My argument is that if we are going to put a stop to this behavior, random knockout punches, we have to stop putting the burden on the random victims and put it directly on the perpetrators. San Diego is not a no-go zone. Believe and rationalize all you want, my point is that this attack was not the fault of the victim.
BTW, I never mentioned abortions or other predilections of liberal viewpoints in this country. Don't put words in my mouth.
It is difficult for lay citizens to address this criminal behavior on their own without carrying guns or other weapons. And and even then, this man was attacked out of the blue from the back. And our liberal leaders want to take our guns and ammo away from us. I'm too old to fight back when blind-sided by some criminal punk, but that will not deter me from living my life as I like in this free country.
I don't know what the answer is if the law won't pursue and prosecute these acts. But having the community members taking the law into their own hands is stooping to the same gutless, gutter level as the perpetrators.
