It kind of reminds me of the 2002 Nevada peaceable biker-gang assembly that left three dead

We saw that video in about 3 hours.....

That is a moving target.

Agreed.

“It appears they were killed by lethal State force, which was in turn prepositioned.”

All witnesses, including bikers, say the bikers started shooting first.

“The government hasn’t established (or even alleged) there were 177 gangsters having a shoot out in a public place.”

You don’t have to do the actual shooting to get charged.

I didn't say who fired first.

You are avoiding the questions put to you.

None of them have been charged.

“I didn’t say who fired first.

The witnesses did. Do you agree with the witnesses?

“None of them have been charged.”

But they have been arrested based on being involved in a gang war at a public plaza.

What do you mean by "being involved in a gang war at a public plaza"? I said "The government hasn't established (or even alleged) there were 177 gangsters having a shoot out in a public place," and your reply was "You don't have to do the actual shooting to get charged." Now you seem to be claiming that 177 people were involved in a gang war at a public plaza.

Obviously, you are arguing in bad faith. But you could at least make it interesting by being coherent.

I don't have an opinion.

Answering questions with questions is not at all times the mark of a sophisticated gentleman of nuance.

You would have more grace to simply state, if such be the case, that "Constitutional rights do not trump my personal biases."

(perhaps killing people tends to give one a bad reputation)

John Bostick, 62, of Athens, came to the rally as part of the 2 Million Bikers to DC group to help reinforce that motorcyclists are not criminals.

“We’ve got a bad reputation,” he said”

Statism is not coherent, it's just murderous.

“Wonder why people were diving for cover and scrambling for hiding places instead of getting in on the massiveness? “

Many of those were not affiliated and were not charged.

Others were OMG members that knew ‘the drill’ when they saw the cops returning fire.

Others were trying to flee because they had fired their guns and were eluding arrest.

I am not claiming it. The government has alleged that they were.

Really????

Your #40: Those “engaged” are now dead. It appears they were killed by lethal State force,

I have heard of none. Please cite. Thank you.

That they were .... what? Who is they? All 177? Some of the 177?

I can get more sense out of a Magic 8-ball, than out of your comments here. Out with it, are you trying to make a point?

Rhetorical questions, all. Obviously your only purpose here is to agitate. And you suck at that.

“Bail was set improperly in the first place, see bail amounts eventually established by actually following the law. Not saying those were necessarily proper amounts, but they are closer to “proper” than $1mm.”

What would be a proper bail? ZERO?

“The southwest regional coordinator for the 2 Million Bikers to D.C. group told Breitbart Texas, “I know there are three facts in the Waco shooting: (a) law enforcement engaged in a military attack on civilians; “

Interesting statement when NONE of the bikers there or their families claim this. Several say the LE acted properly.

Several witnesses state that the bikers started the shooting.

None of the witnesses have claimed that the police started the shooting.

I dropped off these threads for a couple of days.

It appears to be getting worse.

They keep going back to ‘nice motorcyclist having a Sunday ride to a family restaurant when they were ambushed by the cops’ theme.

Good Grief.
