When we finally do experience a massive dollar collapse it’ll be very simple for the feds to just blame it all on Russia/China. Then, after fighting over toilet paper for a month, they’d call for all out war.

As for the NYSE, only the exchange itself was impacted. The stocks continued to trade electronically.
