It is legally simple. We must amend the constitution. It is really clear . But the leadership of that movement is all consuming and no current leader is willing to sacrifice their political position for this massive effort. I do believe there are hundreds on millions , if not Billions to engage on a constitutional effort, I personally suggest Herman Cain. Herman , you won’t believe the power of this movement. Please consider sir. I will be glad to assist sir. We are legions.
