There's no defense for the gaystapo or the Oregon judge here, NONE AT ALL.
BUT just consider this for a second in light of your valid point: maybe say yes....and then they'll go on down the road to another bakery anyway, because as YOU said - they want to sue. They don't really want the cake. Is this really so hard?
I would add that there's also no example anywhere in the New Testament of Jesus refusing to be around sinners. In fact, quite the opposite. Same with Paul.
People from every segment of society sue if they think they've been wronged. And if you don't think that's true then you're kidding yourself.
