We can debate the hierarchy of significance! Federal administeative law says that a U.S. Passport is primary evidence of citizenship and identity and a birth certificate is secondary evidence.

There we go, thanks!
“Any experts out there on Adobe Illustrator? “
In order for this to work, you must have the 1961 Kenya Edition, of Adobe Illustrator.
It is a huge conspiracy, because nobody will release that edition.
Thanks, mmaschin for spotting this!

Ping!
Not to put a damper on a good bashing, but it sounds like he was targeted for a Palin attack. Someone started throwing legal blocks his way that threatened him it he couldn't cross every t and dot every i. They put the fear of legal ruin in him, even if it was proven beyond any doubt, because they would hound him personally if they couldn't refute the findings.
It's the MO of the Left.

Simple solution #1: you turn over whatever evidence you have to a prosecuting attorney (District Attorney, state Attorney General, U.S. Attorney) and that person carries the ball from there. Prosecutors can convene grand juries and that will allow a panel of average American citizens to decide whether the evidence is strong enough to indict anybody.
Simple solution #2: you turn over whatever evidence you have to a member of Congress and let a congressional investigation carry the ball from there.
To #2: First black President.
Alternative #1: Presidents replace the US Attornies.
Alternative #2: Our GOP Congress? Really?

“Nothing ventured, nothing gained.” If conservatives are afraid of Barack Obama, he wins by default.
We’re 6 1/2 years into his presidency, which makes “universe shattering” info about 7 1/2 years too late. Really people get over it, eve if you’re right the argument is past code date.
Its hard to dissuade the True Beievers. They’ll be going strong on the last day of the Obama Administeation.

I don't see where Arapio’s legal difficulties have anything whatsoever to do with Obama’s eligibility.
And...This slimy statement that if the “third” legal problem isn't resolved that the evidence will never be released is nothing more than bird cage droppings.
Yep. There’s nothing I can add to that.
“If conservatives are afraid of Barack Obama, he wins by default.”
How many ttimes has this been explained to you? 800x? 1,000x?
Conservatives are not in control. Republicans are. Republicans don’t fear Obama. They like him and they like his policies. They want to work with him. Which party was it that enabled Obama to pass his trade agreement? Why does the GOP leadership attack the TEA Party exponentially harder than they would even dream of attacking Obama? Why did Boehner pull out all the stops to ram the Cromnibus through during the lame duck session, so that Obamacare would be fully funded?
When simple things are explained to you over and over, and you still cannot grasp them, it makes you look feeble.
How many times has this been explained to you, “conservatives” are not limited to only people who agree with you on every issue and who agree with your personal opinion non-issues.
There are many conservative interest groups who rate each member of Congress on how they actually vote on issues of concern to conservatives, not Republicans, conservatives: Club For Growth, the Campaign for Working Families, the National Right To Life Committee, the Competitive Enterprise Institute, the National Rifle Association, Numbers USA, the Family Research Council, just to name a few.
It takes a bit of research but it is possible to find out who is a voting conservative member of Congress and who isn’t.
When I said “conservative” I meant conservative, not Republican.
So tell me which conservative members of congress are “in control.” That is what my post said, after all. That conservatives are not “in control.” Rather than reply with a childish display of inaccurate, silly insults, why not simply supply the info?
List form would be best. I.e.: a list of congressional conservatives who are “in control.”
I’m certainly looking forward to assessing that list. Should be just fascinating.
Btw, last I checked, Boehner and McConnell are “in control.” I referenced each in this capacity in my comment. Perhaps if you had not been enfeebled by the need to spew false accusations at me, you could have read my post with at least minimal comprehension.
Last time I checked Boehner and McConnell get voted against within their caucuses with regularlity and Boehner and McConnell each have one vote.
You over-estimate the power and the control of a party leader.
The National Journal rates Steve Scalise of Louisiana as being tied for the 4th most conservative member of the House. He is the House Majority Whip.
