People began lining up at 4:45 AM for Saturday’s rally featuring lightning rod Republican presidential contender Donald Trump. Two hours before the event’s scheduled 2 PM local start time, the crowd extended around the block, and the national media had shown up in force.

Trump is out for Trump. Never forget that.
I do not believe he is that serious about running for President. His scandals are pretty deep, and the attacks to his money stream will start to have an effect sooner or later.
He is very serious about getting a message out. His attacks on illegal immigration is the LAST thing the Republicans want. They are very weak on that, and their main donors want more of it.
But you have to ask a very serious question. Is Trump in the race going to hurt or help the GOP?
Look into any of Trump’s partners. Many, if not most, of them got burned by him.
He is pretty amoral about a lot of things.
Only ones saying what needs to be said, and both have reputations as men of action.
Do you think he is as amoral as our current administration?
It may be moot as he is now the #1 target in the world.
I hope this puts an end to the “What about the Hispanic vote” nonsense.
Most fake conservatives go running for their mommies when the media asked them a gotcha question. I love how he tore that girl journalist apart when she came on with her usual superior air.

“Neutered like Bush”—I think Bush’s problem was that he wanted to be seen as a nice guy and the left sure took advantage of that. This is the problem with too many Republicans, they are wimps and don’t have the intestinal fortitude to stand up for what they believe. Reagan was another one who had that fortitude.
Depends on what you mean by 'GOP'.
I hope he destroys todays GOP, and I think he's got a running start at it already.
America can be great again if he succeeds.
Screw the GOPe
Not jumping on any bandwagon, but if Trump were to win the Presidency, I suspect he is keeping note of the cockroaches pulling the dirty tricks. Not that this is a basis for voting for Trump, but paybacks are a b***ch, and right now what I see is some people and organizations whose bill is long overdue.
