INVASION USA: San Francisco Murder proves Sheriff Joe's amnesty challenge

A recent tragedy in San Francisco – which actually has been repeated thousands of times around the country – underscores the importance of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s lawsuit against amnesty and proves the strength of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office’s standing to bring Arpaio’s lawsuit.

On Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit held a second hearing on President Barack Obama’s illegal executive order granting amnesty to illegal aliens. On the streets of New Orleans outside the court, activists held up a huge, yellow banner proclaiming “SHUT down ICE.”

Kathryn Steinle was gunned down walking with her father on a San Francisco pier, shot in the chest on Pier 14 on what is called the Embarcadero. This vibrant, lovely young woman was laid to rest at only 32 years old on Thursday at a private memorial with her friends and family near her hometown of Pleasanton, California.

The illegal alien from Mexico who killed Kathryn – who admitted killing her in a jailhouse television interview – is 45-year-old Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez from Mexico. He has seven prior felony convictions and has been deported from the U.S. five times, most recently in 2009.

But Lopez-Sanchez also admitted in the interview that he was drawn to San Francisco because it is a “sanctuary city.” He admitted that he knew he could avoid his criminal and deportation history and live unrestricted in San Francisco because of its sanctuary policy. Kathryn Steinle is dead because San Francisco announced that it would not allow the laws to be enforced within its territory.

Meanwhile, we are waiting to hear a decision on Obama’s illegal executive order on amnesty in Arpaio’s case. I already argued Arpaio’s case in a hearing in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit

The left wing mediots have been burying the reality of deaths caused by the invasion of illegals for close to two decades.

...... The media is treating the "San Francisco Murder" as an isolated event that should never have happened because... (Fill in the Blank Here). When in fact these types of murders and violent crimes involving Illegals from South of the Border have been happening for decades.

..... The only difference between this Murder and all of the others ..... is that this one was forced into the spotlight before the media had any time to spin and cleanse the story and banish it to the back forty before people could actually be made aware of such things.

.... The people need to be made aware that this is indeed NOT an isolated incident and is a quickly growing trend and problem that MUST be dealt with. Lives of AMERICAN people are in danger right here on American soil because of this nations politicians insistence on not controlling and protecting our own borders! They are all complicit in and enabling these murders and violent crimes.
