Another Court Loss for Obama’s Amnesty… Not That it Matters
Breitbart ^ | 07/12/2015 | John Hayward

If the rule of law still meant anything in Obama’s America, the President’s agenda of amnesty for illegal aliens would be in big trouble. It doesn’t, so the Administration just keeps pumping out amnesty documents, no matter how often federal courts order them to stop.

Team Obama even stooped to flat-out lying to a federal judge about the need for a temporary injunction to stop the amnesty printing press. Later they made a “surprise filing” to the judge disclosing that their previous statements were false, and – whoopsie! – they had already tossed 100,000 amnesty packages out.

So the news from Politico that “President Barack Obama appears likely to lose – again – in the protracted legal fight over his executive actions on immigration” doesn’t really mean much.

If the President of the United States (who leads by example) can ignore laws made by judges without consequence why must the States, counties, cities and “We the People” obey laws made by judges?

The most important thing for the uni-party in power is to create as many new government consumers and illegal voters as possible to get Hillary! into the presidency. The republican leadership is too hopelessly compromised on the immigration issue to do anything to put a stop to this blatant lawlessness. Welcome to the new world order.

Of course, the ancient answer is;

“Laws are like spiders’ webs which, if anything small falls into them they ensnare it, but large things break through and escape”

Solon (Athenian statesman and poet, 630-560bc)

The broken promise of America is equality for all before the law. The high cost of justice separates most of us from that. (one of the reasons we had a revolution)

Our biggest mistake has been to entrust our law making to a small group of professional lawyer/politicians who have an automatic conflict of interest.

Judge Hanen and the 2 appaels court judges are all that stands between us and the loss of the rule of law.

It’s a very thin line.

Presidents do not have authority to implement DREAM Acts that never passed Congress.

The GOP Congress should have been in court the next day after he did it, but they want to do away with the rule of law as well.
