The author of this article has written several books. I have his most recent. I'm only about 75 pages into it, but it's well written and interesting. Occasionally he seems to slip into some leftist rhetoric when critiquing things like the Patriot Act, but all in all it's a good book so far.

He was outraged by the Boston Marathon Bombing aftermath of military house-to-house searches, as I was.
