I asked what crime was committed, you sidestepped it.
SO I asked what happened that REQUIRED that response by the cop.
Same question, different wording.

No crime was committed. The cop should go to jail for life.

Now, what SHOULD the cops have done when she opened the door?

Is it ever okay for a cop to break the law?
Your premise is that they SHOULD take action, the situation did not require action at all.

Why are you so afraid?

You believe this: When she closed the door on the cops, they should have driven away.

The internal investigation found that the cop broke the law by entering the home. What do you think Officer Rose should have done?

All I can say, from experience, is that UPS and FedEx guys have seen amazing things. Good thing we only had 90 seconds to get to the next delivery.

she resisted arrest. those that resist arrest suffer the consequence

From the article: "There is also no mention of Rossi’s “arrest” in his police report."

Can you share with us how you "resist arrest" when you haven't been arrested?
