No one else is going to compete with Bush and Trump is the only one who is. Or is there someone else who’s beating the daylights out of Bush and Clinton?

The legitimate question is, what reality are you living in?

These trade agreements go far beyond simple agreements regarding tariffs and constitutionally should be considered treaties. The TPAs are a surrender of constitutional authority by Congress and should always be rejected.

“in which case, it was a ridiculous false choice on your part.....you responded as if you DID think it would happen.....so YOU”RE the one who took it literally.....outsmarted yourself........”

Nah, Mr. Wright. It was not a literal expression of belief. It was an object lesson using a theoretical situation and asking for a decision.

I continue to wish you the best.

Because the borders are the most important issue. He is the most conservative with Cruz.

I think that’s a done deal, unless it would be Fiorina. But Cruz is assured of a very good position, I think.

You're right. Bush really was conservative for about 3-4 years. With his reelection, he went full lib on us.

I don't now, nor have ever thought, that fraud wins many elections. All that's needed is a powerhouse PERSONALITY running for the presidency. Yes, I'd like him to be pure. But I'll take a guy who shares 5 of my issues out of 10---yet it's only my issues he pushes (so far, like illegals, common core, gun rights, which Trump has been perfect on). I don't care WHAT positions he has if he doesn't pursue the ones I disagree with or if he appoints people who are closer to my views. That's the biggest danger of any novice---the appointments. ZEro did great---for what he wanted to accomplish, but then again unlike Trump he's an ideologue.

Trump reminds me of Harding---pick a bunch of businessmen.

Wow.

Are you that sure Trump is going to make it.

If he does, he will get my support (not that he needs it).

I am usually pretty good at predicting the future, but if you are predicting Trump, you are well ahead of me.

Is that what you are saying?

No, I'm not. Outsiders have a very tough time---ask Reagan. But Trump has two things NO ONE else has in the GOP: 1) a true celebrity status. No matter what people think of him, they watch. And in the end, a certain percentage of those "watches" turn to votes. (Ask any "bad guy" in the WWF!) 2) Money. He has more money than the DNC and Hillary put together.

I should add something else: ego. Most people see this as a bad thing, but in his case, it's a great thing because he just doesn't care what you say about him. And he hits back---NONE of our guys, except Cruz, hit back at the Dems or drive bys. I can't tell you how much I despise the Bushes, the Rubios, the Perrys who all think they are currying favor with voters when in facto voters want someone, ANYONE, to stand up.

If Trump's still #1 or #2 after IA and NH, watch out. And the debates should be fun. Too bad half of his biggest critics won't make the debates :)

“No one else is going to compete with Bush and Trump is the only one who is.”

No, Trump is NOT the “only one”. There are conservatives out there, but they are being drowned out by this egomaniac. When Trump deflates, I am afraid that it would be too late for actual conservatives to oust Bush.

All of 2015 - Trump vs Bush + conservatives sidelined and gasping for air and publicity
Early 2016 - Trump vs Bush for nomination
Mid 2016 - Trump deflates and Bush is the nominee
Nov 2016 - Hillary destroys Bush

I don't now, nor have ever thought, that fraud wins many elections.

Fraud is much more scientific now than it was say when Cook County defeated Nixon. Now they know exactly how many votes need to be generated in any of several key precincts/districts. We can't keep our own government computer systems secure and we can't keep voting machines secure either.

In days past a few thugs could strong-arm the ballot watchers or maybe even just steal a few boxes and stuff them, now they can just click a mouse, and no one ever sees them.

Obama moved the Census function into the White House for a reason, wonder what that could be? Obama collecting personal data for a secret race data base.
