Who Should Americans Believe? Obama Or Khamenei?

"Which National Leader Is Truly Committed To Achieving The Nuclear Deal Outcomes He Envisions?" Col. Tom Snodgrass (Ret.), Right Side News

Obama’s Version Of “Deal” Outcomes Presented At His July 15th News Conference

Excerpts

OBAMA: “The comprehensive long-term deal that we achieved with our allies and partners to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon represents a powerful display of American leadership and diplomacy. It shows what we can accomplish when we lead from a position of strength and a position of principle when we unite the international community around a shared vision and we resolve to solve problems peacefully.

“But the bottom line is this. This nuclear deal meets the national security interests of the United States and our allies. It prevents the most serious threat, Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon, which would only make the other problems that Iran may cause even worse.

“Iran will have pledged to the international community that it will not develop a nuclear weapon, and now will be subject to an additional protocol, a more vigorous inspection and monitoring regime that lasts in perpetuity.

“So, I can say with confidence, but more importantly nuclear experts can say with confidence that Iran will not be in a position to develop a nuclear bomb. We will have met our number one priority.”

Khamenei’s Version Of “Deal” Outcomes Presented In Sermons And A July 18th Televised Speech

Excerpts

KHAMENEI: “The reason for continuation of this battle is not the warmongering of the Islamic Republic. Logic and reason command that for Iran, in order to pass through a region full of pirates, needs to arm itself and must have the capability to defend itself.

“Battle and jihad are endless because evil and its front continue to exist. … This battle will only end when the society can get rid of the oppressors’ front with America at the head of it, which has expanded its claws on human mind, body and thought. … This requires a difficult and lengthy struggle and need for great strides.

“The accelerated scientific advancement of the last 12 years cannot stop under any circumstances (referring to the strides the regime has made toward becoming a nuclear power).

Major orientations of the Iranian nation should be understood through these slogans and not on the basis of the biased language of foreigners (referring to the slogans “Death to Israel” and “Death to the US” chanted by the Iranian nation on the Quds Day and led by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei himself).

“For around 12 years, six big countries of the world have been trying to keep Iran from pursuing nuclear industry and, as some people said, dismantle the nuts and bolts of Iran’s nuclear industry, but today, they have been forced to accept and tolerate the spinning of several thousand centrifuges and the continuation of [nuclear] research and development in Iran, and this means nothing but the strength of the Iranian nation.

“We welcome no war, nor do we initiate any war, but if any war happens, the one who will emerge loser will be the aggressive and criminal America.

"Our policy towards the arrogant U.S. government won't change at all, U.S. policies in the region are 180 degrees in contrast to Iran's policies."

Conclusions

As can be clearly seen, these two national leaders have entirely different versions of the outcomes from the so-called nuclear “deal” that was just concluded. Obama’s version is summarized in his imperious declaration:

“The comprehensive long-term deal that we achieved with our allies and partners to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon represents a powerful display of American leadership and diplomacy.”

While Khamenei’s obviously conflicting version is contained here:

“Battle and jihad are endless because evil and its front continue to exist. … This battle will only end when the society can get rid of the oppressors’ front with America at the head of it … The accelerated scientific advancement of the last 12 years cannot stop under any circumstances …  Major orientations of the Iranian nation should be understood through these slogans (‘Death to Israel’ and ‘Death to the US’) … For around 12 years, six big countries of the world have been trying to keep Iran from pursuing nuclear industry and, as some people said, dismantle the nuts and bolts of Iran’s nuclear industry, but today, they have been forced to accept and tolerate the spinning of several thousand centrifuges and the continuation of [nuclear] research and development in Iran, and this means nothing but the strength of the Iranian nation.”

The question for the American people:

Which leader, Obama or Khamenei, is asserting his version of the expected outcomes of the nuclear deal to deceive and mislead his domestic audience, and which leader is truly dedicated to achieve the actual outcomes he sets forth?

There is no difference between the two, other than the fact that Obama doesn’t have a beard.

I trust the leadership of Iran to do whatever it takes to pursue what they need to to expand their influence in the Middle East and the world.

Obama on the other hand cannot and should not be trusted with pursuing the national security and political goals of the United States of America.

He’s more dangerous than the Iranian regime.

Khamenei is more believable. He maintains Israel must be destroyed. He has been steadfast.

Need to read the whole article: Which leader, Obama or Khamenei, is asserting his version of the expected outcomes of the nuclear deal to deceive and mislead his domestic audience, and which leader is truly dedicated to achieve the actual outcomes he sets forth?
It’s Khemenei’s vision that is the more probable outcome under this Iran deal, NOT Obama’s.

Sorry, can’t be bothered with this.
To busy arguing about what Trump said about McCain or visa versa.
Trying to figure out if any feelings are being hurt is just way more important than the possibility of nuclear destruction in the hands of demonic beings.
