Tommorow! Tomorrow! An earthquake, tomorrow! . . .
Hope not. My brother lives alongside the Hayward.
I visited the In and Out location in Northridge two months ago and started a conversation with the guy next to me in a busy place. Within a few minutes we were both talking about the 1994 Northridge 6.7 earthquake at 4:50 am. The traumatic event seems like yesterday. His father was up early and got trapped by a leaning book case. My neighbors had a crack in the house’s foundation and had to move.
“Bay Area residents should be prepared.” Starting with repentance would be prudent.
They’ll be throwing illegals in to fill the cracks and voids. How quickly hospitality will be revoked.

Best sleep I’d had in years.
Due for another one — almost looking forward to the nap.
That’s goes for everybody.
That was the only quake that. Scared the hell out of me
Undoubtedly caused by global warming .... bet the Jap physicist is on CBS tomorrow morning splaining how global warming is going to cause the big one!
USGS Scientist: Major Quake On Hayward Fault Expected Any Day Now

The fault that produced a 4.0-magnitude earthquake in Fremont early Tuesday morning is expected to...."
****
Major earthquake: 7.0 to 7.9
Any chance San Freak-isco breaks off and falls into the Pacific...??
The ‘89 quake was the one where the freeway fell. I remember a surgeon squirmed into a tiny crawl space and cut a dead woman’s body in half, in order to save the child trapped under her. Both the boy’s legs were amputated, but he survived.
Given a choice between a hurricane and a quake, I’ll take a hurricane. Plenty of advance warning.
So glad I don’t live in Freemont any more.
Which Presidential candidate is most qualified to handle the aftermath of such a quake, Governor, Senator, Builder of walls?
And there was the Landers/big bear quake in 92. 6.1 if I remember correctly. That one did get my attention.
I live about 125 miles east of Northridge. I felt that quake. Thought it was a repeat of the Landers/big bear quake/area.
