Not following policy is not the same as illegal or against the law. He violated the courtesy policy. I’m not defending his attitude. He may have been a jerk, but being a jerk is not illegal or abusive.

Also, read the story on other sites. She had multiple prior DWI/DUI arrests and drug possession arrests. She spent 30 days in jail for the last MJ possession arrest.

As previously stated...he violated policy, she violated the law. There is a difference. Please read my full posts before responding so I don’t have to keep repeating myself.

you do realize the video has severe problems right? So-called "glitches" so you are assuming he didn't break the law. Taking her off camera raises red flags and again there was no drugs mentioned in the report. So if he smelled them or saw them where are they? Did he steal them for his own self? is that why the tape "glitches"?

Local law enforcement truism ... we deal with 10% of the population 90% of the time.
This cop may have arrested her previously or was aware of her record.
