In other words, a potential customer who is refused service in any business establishment has no constitutional standing to claim that his civil rights were violated imo.
So lawless Obama Administration concerns about possible civil rights violations by an intrastate gun store owner are just another dog-and-pony show to win support of low-information voters for Democrats, imo, voters who are clueless about the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers, just like the federal investigation into Ferguson civil rights issues arguably was.
And the post-17th Amendment ratification Senate is predictably going to sit on its hands and let the Obama Administration get away with harrassing this business owner.
Has he denied any sale to any self-identified Muslim since making the statement? If not, then it seems to me that nobody’s civil rights have been violated, and no one has standing to sue.
The problem here is that Obama and his corrupt minions at DOJ consider patriotic and sane Americans as greater threats than Islamic jihadists who gun down American servicemen and women here in AMERICA.

I KNEW the fag in the white house was going to do something to get back at this business owner. It was inevitable.
Thinking the gun store owner is 100% right. If he perceives a possible threat,he has a right;arguably a responsibility to refuse a sale. He has no reason to question or to know a potential buyer’s belief system. If he sold a gun to a Muslim & the clown shot a few people,the authorities would want to come right back on the gun store owner. The administration needs to sit down & shut up on this & leave this patriot alone.
My son used to work at a shooting range. (Not handguns) One day, a Muslim family showed up. There were females in the bunch. The boss took one look at them and assigned my son to help them out. He was 17 or 18 at the time. He had to literally turn the loaded gun away from him and toward the target multiple times. He wasn’t sure if they were that genetically lacking upstairs or if they were trying to scare or kill him. He laughed about it afterward. His boss and the other folks who ordered him around were all veterans. They taught him a lot of valuable lessons.
In any event, I hope the upshot of this will be that no follower of Sharia Law will be allowed in any public establishment here in the states. And further that they will not even be allowed in public.
