Some things move from unclassified to classified for a lot of good reasons. What she cannot escape is that there is no authorization to do government business on her personal computer. And just by the nature of the position of Secretary of State it would be imperative that the mail she had be considered at least sensitive, too sensitive for a home server. So she risked exposing government information and intentions to possible US advisories through trafficking on non secure email servers for the obvious sole purpose of keeping that mail unavailable to government oversight as required by law. She avoided accountability but risked national security. Also, a lot of people forget how this story came to light. Longtime Clintonista Sidney Blumenthal's email got hacked. That hacker realized he also had access to mail from Clinton's account. That hacker was an individual. What about state-sponsored hackers for North Korea, China, Russia? She was at best a fool, but we all know she's worse.

The State Department and the Justice Department are dragging their feet. Yet it won’t go away. A good question to her would be “Mrs. Clinton, if you’re elected president will you use a privately owned, separate non-secure email server for official US business?”

You’re right. It is classified to disclose in advance the movements of anyone 0-7 and above. But I don’t believe that applies afterward.

If Biden were the opposition, nobody could accuse Trump of being the loud-mouthed, foot-in-mouth, buffoon in the race. (Trump’s actually very smart, quick on his feet, and an effective communicator anyway.)
Trump would be a spring chicken compared to Biden, too.

“Who is Jeh Johnson?”
Just another clueless affirmitive action hire, one of dozens the clown prince has promoted. But worry not, he is only the head of the Dept of Homeland Security, how much harm could he cause?

You’re right about that. Biden makes Trump seem soft spoken, pensive, thoughtful, even cerebral. So maybe Trump’s running and Hillary’s falling poll numbers and legal troubles will bring Biden into the race. A Trump/Biden debate would sound a lot like a professional wrestling match. Still, I’m for Cruz.

If you asked her that question at a public gathering, Huma would flash the signal, and have you bodily picked up then carried to your car. All evidence of your press credentials would suddenly be disappeared.

which amusingly enough in todays atmosphere is classified. They started making it classified in the 1980s from what I remember.Which would mean that she was required to use the government account on the government servers for conducting government business. Or at least has been since the 1980's. So she was breaking the law.

The Dems aren’t worried in the least bit, no matter who their candidate is. They’ve imported millions of new voters from Meh-heee-co!
To: plain talk
They should also go after Jeh Johnson who still may be using a private email - not sure if he stopped using it?
They'd have to go after everyone in the government. They all use private accounts, many of them conduct government business on them.
