Ted is out if Trump doesnt shoot himself in the foot. Ted is playing a long game that’s based on Trumps implosion... But I’m not sure that’s going to happen. Ted ought to be out bombthrowing Trump and generating his own media blowback...

Nobody I know who supports Cruz wants what you say. Trump is doing
a great job of yakking it up and upsetting the balance, but I would
never vote for him to become POTUS. In (2009) he was a Democrat.

I don’t believe Trump has any desire to leave the life he has at this point and deal with the Washington cesspool. I do very much believe he wants power and if he can shape the agenda and play a strong role in deciding who gets the nomination, he will have lots of influential power once the candidate wins. He can place himself above the Clinton’s and Bush’s as the premier political power player in the country and get all his lost business back. Cruz could be a great fit for that. Imagine the power Trump would have if he ultimately throws his support to Cruz and helps him win it all.

In sum, I do not think the 69 year old Trump really wants to be a full-time politician but he has found a way to run the game to his favor. I believe he will be the one to crown the king. If the GOP is stupid enough to reject him and throw him out of the party like they’re trying to do, they deserve the destruction it will cause them. But I am still holding to my prediction.

Nonsense. In this horse race, the Rino’s intended to box Cruz in on the rail. But Trump forced them all to the middle of the track.

Now, Cruz has positioned himself all alone on the outside, clear path ahead to the finish line.

Trump is the one polling in the 20s, not Cruz. Trump is Cruzs biggest obstacle.

Why would Trumps large percent of supporters back Cruz over Trump when Cruz stands with everything Trump says only without the bombast? I hope for Cruzs sake Trump messes up big soon.

Trump is repeating Cruz's words and most stances every day.
Cruz was there first, fyi. Trump has never held an office either,
and I'll refer back to his Democrat voter status in (2009)
which is more relevant than all politicians going Conservative
just to get elected.

Be warned of Trump and his deception because his retribution of not
gaining the nomination will be to ensure No Republican wins, by going
independent like Perot did. If you or anybody looks over that fact in
history they're doing a disservice to the Conservative base and our nation.

Trumps playing a games.. wants to make a “deal”...

Super-Cruz is serious material.. no juvenile games..
America needs to be on Super-Cruz.. not Combover-Trump..

However; Trump as VeeP.. could help with the intellectually changed..
like Obama had Biden.. even Trump is Biden on steroids..

Ummmm..... no.
Ted Cruz is in a pretty good position right now. He is # 1 in hard money raised. # 2 in SuperPAC soft money, by far # 1 in number of people who actually contributed to his campaign, # 1 in grassroots support, # 2 in social media engagement after Donald Trump, and by far the best debater and the best informed on current issues amongst the presidential candidates. The primaries are not till another 6 months. No one has more upside than Ted Cruz.

Where does Ted Cruz stand on the issues Donald Trump has been raising?

I sure hope he doesn’t pull a Perot! But, for a while, I kinda liked Ross. I imagined him storming around the Oval Office desk at a hundred miles an hour squeaking “Veto! Veto! We can’t afford that! Veto!” Bwaaa!

I would love to play Stratego against you. Cruz knows most people are not even paying attention right now and the media has done its work for the establishment to ignore him as much as possible.

If you had been paying attention, Cruz has been right there all along before Trump even started to get the idea about running. Cruz knew all along his way of going around the establishment was through the debates, precisely when people would be starting to pay attention.

Our most successful battle leaders also know the importance of picking one’s battles and even more keeping their powder dry.

Geez, those who support Cruz are giddy over supporting that Trump is obliterating the template that was set in place by the establishment. Cruz had a plan all along and I am telling you the debates will put the nail in the coffin when all the others try to sound bite him. Look how well it worked for the media. They finally gave up. Trump does not need a strategy and has the wherewithal to D9 his way right through it all.

I would also assume that you missed the meeting between Cruz and The Donald at Trumps offices I think last week? I don’t think Cruz went there looking to be on reality TV.

Have you been sleeping under a boulder? Cruz, Carson and Fiorona have been the only ones of the 16 who have not been assailing Trump. Cruz is the most outspoken on supporting Trump’s issues right now.
