Cool — this a good endorsement. It means something when the guy who wrote Conscience of a Conservative gets on board.

the Rino’s intended to box Cruz in on the rail. But Trump forced them all to the middle of the track.

and I believe this was a grand plan of Trump and Cruz.

I realize they met in person after all of this started but I believe the scheme was hatched prior to the meeting.

Yes, they are working together and it is working.

CRUZ/TRUMP ticket will work for me

Why would Trumps large percent of supporters back Cruz over Trump

Because Trump has most of the Tea Party behind him. (Of course, I'm assuming at some point Trump will drop out)

The last time he ended his run by cursing in a speech in Vegas using the F-word and all.

Trump is many things. Sidekick is not one of them. He has about as much interest in being veep as he does in being Deputy Dog. No one with an ego the size of The Donald’s would be content with presiding over the Senate and entertaining foreign dignitariies who aren’t important enough to be received by the president.

It’s very simple. Trump is Cruz’s stalking horse. When he gets bored with playing political games, he will buy one of the TV networks, put his reality shows and beauty pageants on it, and go back to cutting real estate deals and building resorts and golf courses.

no, that is not correct

he has done all that and is putting it behind him

he is seeking new challenges

he wants to transition his skills at deal making from business to politics. he seeks to make America America again

Wonderful graphic.

Cruz is my guy. I’ll never vote for a liberal like Trump.

Bozell is a good guy.

Isn’t he a nephew of William F. Buckley?

Ted Cruz is dead in the water so long as Trump sticks around.

True, but Trump will flame out soon enough. I am pretty sure Cruz is counting on this and hopes to inherit Trump's supporters when it happens. Probably part of the reason why he avoids criticizing Trump.

I’m with Brent on this. Cruz is the only true conservative in the race.

Reminds me so much of the Preakness race of the Triple Crown in 1973 when Sercretariot ran out of the gate dead last, but went to the outside with Ronney into the first turn at Pimlico passing all the other horses and out of the first turn in the back stretch in first place never giving up the first place spot for the rest of the 1973 Cripple Crown Preakness race.

...”That’s Rino smell that has been exposed”....

Well that’s true too, but I did mean Rhino “Swell”...meaning that when Trump says or does something ‘the GOP candidates rise up (swell) opposing Trump....old Lindsey Graham, Rick Perry, Rubio, Jeb and Walker spoke against Trump, be it throwing out some ridciculously strong barbs or tip toeing around because they were worried about offending Trump’s supporters or the Gope heavy weights.

Trumps ad Cruz both are pulling back the curtain on Rhino’s AND the GOP....and we’re making a list as they go....
