Some ‘sanctuary cities’ fear lawsuits

The term “sanctuary city” has become a rallying cry for conservative Republicans seeking stiffer immigration laws. They characterize such places as havens where those in the country illegally are protected from immigration authorities.

The reality behind the phrase is that while some cities actively thumb their noses at federal immigration policies, many refuse to enforce them not because of any moral obligation to immigrants; they fear lawsuits.

Since the fatal shooting of Kathryn Steinle on a San Francisco pier allegedly by an immigrant who was released from jail even though U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement sought to deport him for a sixth time, the debate over how to handle cities and counties that refuse to cooperate with immigration authorities has reached a feverish pitch.

On Thursday, House Republicans passed a bill aimed at punishing cities that refuse to share information with federal immigration authorities, which the White House threatened to veto. While the bill doesn’t specifically address the release of immigrants sought by federal authorities for deportation, the Republicans are pitching other legislation to do so. …

AP has no compunction about lying; instead of “seeking stiffer ‘immigration laws’,” what is being sought is the enforcement of the existing ones versus Obama’s (and others’) lawless flouting of them.

The victims or survivors need to start suing the cities big time!

Beat me to it. We have a bunch of cities run by far left crazies, that categorically refuse to obey federal law and are being allowed to get away with it by the Kenyan communist. Those cities need to be ruthlessly dealt with and their federal funds CUT OFF by congress.

I think it would be great if the Seattle Gaystapo Sanctuary city was denied federal funds.

I know that it is a pipe dream with Pattycakes Murray as our senior senator and gay Mayor Murray as the Seattle Mayor but one can only dream that those who live in the alternate reality can get slapped down.

AP.....Spin doctors in service of Dear Leader.

Example?

“They characterize such places as havens where those in the country illegally are protected from immigration authorities.”

We dont need to characterize...that is the reality of these policies.

Sue ‘em until they own them or force them to change the laws. If the Gaystapo can do the same to small-town clerks and shopkeepers who refuse to capitulate to their reign of terror on gay mirage(sic), victims of crime should do the same to these leftist enclaves that protect criminal invaders.

So it is time for the families of the victims to make these cities fear a lawsuit for their enabling of lawlessness.

Yep, but that’s what leftists do, try to make a black and white issue look more complicated than it really is. That way they can support the unsupportable without having to admit it.

LIB/ZITS ON THE RUN....the senseless shooting of Kathryn Steinle on a San Francisco pier was perpetrated by a lowlife illegal felon released from jail b/c official San/Fran lib zits refused to cooperate w/ L/E.....

NOW IS THE TIME TO OPEN THE BOOKS Official San/Fran is going ballistic. The lib/zits are all stirred up---thinking the pier killing could happen to them....there's nothing as cowardly as a scared lib/zit.

San/Fran Mayor Lee and the Board of Supervisors control billions in tax revenue.....local tax revenue, state tax revenue, federal tax revenue. San/Fran is a global tourist destination----the tax take from tourism (added to restaurant and hotel bills) must be in the billions.

THIS ITEM IN THE SAN FRANCISO LIB/ZIT BOARD OF SUPERVISOR'S BUDGET REPORT IS A HUGE RED FLAG--- And I quote: "For the first time in fifteen years, the Mayor’s Budget Office did not ask Departments to make any reductions in their budgets. Although the current deficit projections look better than last year, we will still be forced to make difficult decisions to produce a balanced budget."

UT-OH Asking Dept's to reduce budgets? In a world renowned city that is teeming w/ tax revenue? Local revenue. State Revenue. Federal Revenue. Tax revenue from world-wide tourism alone must be in the billions.

Where is all the money going?

FYI---a govt official asking for agency reductions is the very same MO used by the Illinois govt official who stole $80 million tax dollars using a secret bank account to siphon off govt tax revenue.

OPEN THE BOOKS OF SANCTUARY CITY NOW---ACTION PROJECTS---(1) find the banks that handle sanctuary city municipal finances; (2) find sanctuary city insurance carriers; (3) prosecute stupid S/Fran govt agencies subsidizing the killer's ride on the gravy train using multiple identities; (4) prosecute ALL sanctuary city agencies' fraudulent use of tax dollars.

Official San/Fran crimes might include--govt fraud, conspiracy, collusion, falsifying official documents (a felony), filing falsified documents, money laundering, tax evasion, extortion, theft, misuse of public facilities etc etc etc.

The SEC, FBI, banking overight agencies, and the IRS, would be interested in the activities of sanctuary city entities WRT the dispersement of tax revenue.

EMAIL---FBI TIPS PAGE https://tips.fbi.gov

EMAIL--enforcement@SEC.gov

Contact the IRS Fraud Unit

EMAIL Banking oversight agencies

============================================

The Bank Secrecy Act should be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how sanctuary city tax revenue changed hands; to determine the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals and which sanctuary city officials might be personally profiting.

<><> L/E needs to examine San/Fran official bank accounts.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer funds from one account to another, and/or wire-transferred offshore;

<><> To cover-up sanctuary city wrongdoing, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into official accounts was being used for legitimate purposes.

<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for sanctuary city insiders' personal use and/or for redistribution schemes.

===============================================

NOTE WELL Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act.

=============================================

<><> L/E should get ahold of: (1) copies of sanctuary city checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including snail mail, e-mail, mobile devices, cell phones, (8) contracts, (9) loan agreements, (10) other account books or official records.

L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub- brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC accounts, to money launder and to operate personal ventures;

Tax fraud may also be a factor, facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intra-bank transfers from legal bank accounts into personal accounts, or redistribution schemes.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support and luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel....... and gifts from luxury outlets.

DO THIS NOW---CONTACT CONGRESS HERE:
http://www.contactingthecongress.org/

DEMAND CONGRESS SEND YOU THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

HOW DID THE LIB/ZITS: (1) OBAMA'S DHS, (2) SAN/FRAN MAYOR LEE, and, (3) SAN/FRAN BD OF SUPERVISORS DISPERSE FEDERAL TAX DOLLARS?

<><> A. How many tax dollars were allocated "to protect Americans from illegal felons"?

<><> B. How many tax dollars were spent "to secure and manage our borders," and "reduce the number of illegal immigrants and amount of contraband getting into the United States"?

<><> C. How many tax dollars were spent to "enforce and administer immigration laws"?

<><> D. How many tax dollars were spent "to provide safe and secure detention of illegal immigrants in federal custody if they are a flight risk or a public safety concern"?

INCONVENIENT FACTOID: All of the above are specific goals
enumerated by DHS' Jeh Johnson when asking Congress for $42
BILLION---needed to run his agency.

FBI TIPS PAGE--YOU MAY REMAIN ANONYMOUS ---https://tips.fbi.gov

SUBJECT: Collusion, conspiracy, bribery
IN RE: sanctuary cities' official financial irregularities
REFERENCE: sanctuary city govt fraud, falsified documents, wire transfers, accounting fraud, etc.

NARRATIVE Taxpayers demand to know the scope and dimension of multiple conspiracies by sanctuary city officials to collude in sub rosa deals to personally profit and/or to facilitate fraudulent schemes.

OF INTEREST TO LAW ENFORCEMENT The FBI should interrogate individuals in sanctuary cities---including the San/Fran administration--- for evidence of multiple schemes to falsify official documents to further fraudulent schemes, and the filing of official documents that were falsified. The FBI should investigate any and all official documents submitted for falsified entries.

Crimes might include--sanctuary city govt fraud, conspiracy, collusion, falsifying official documents (a felony), filing falsified documents, money laundering, tax evasion, extortion, theft, misuse of public facilities, etc etc etc.

“I think it would be great if the Seattle Gaystapo Sanctuary city was denied federal funds.”.......

Never going to happen with odumbo and the demodummies in control. Every damn one of those sanctuary cities needs to be sued.

I expect that some day, should the demodummies remain in control, our personal homes will be directed as sanctuaries for the illegals. Nothing would surprise me.

How long would a “sanctuary city” that refused to enforce ANY federal gun law last before being invaded by the 82nd Airborne? Or tax law? Or homosexuals?

“Everybody has a right to speak but everybody doesn’t have a right to the facts.”

Whatever that means it was the message from a Philadelphia city councilmember prior to opposition testimony last year during the sanctuary city hearing. The officials got more criminally condescending after the testimony.

If ever there was presented a model of arrogant self-righteous pea brains in power it is captured on this tape. The one council member, Kenny, is generally accepted as the next mayor of Philadelphia. He still thinks the indians magically appeared in North America.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-In-PqrChY&feature=youtu.be

This is the attitude Americans have to deal with when we try to be heard. I hope this sanctuary city fight destroys the careers of each and every criminal who participated in creating this travesty and they find themselves in prison for crimes against the people.

What have the governors that are running done about sanctuary cities in their own states?

I think that tells you everything you need to know.
