“Hanged” is correct in this contact.
"Black Lives Matter" = "ONLY black lives matter". ONLY the lives of core Dem supporters are relevant to these people.
CNN/MSNBC/ CLINTON/These are the only black lives that matter!
That is correct.
In spite of a coroners report to the contrary

Was the coroner a white devil?
Hanged is correct in this contact.”
Well, at least it is correct in this context.
That, too.
As I understand it “hung” refers to objects such as a picture is hung, whereas when referring to people “hanged” is the correct term.
That's one of the reasons I believe in minimizing Tyranny. Especially police Tyranny.
Whether a police officer is "acting within his rights" or not is irrelevant. What is relevant is treating citizens with the utmost respect, regardless of whether it's reciprocated or not.
I'm reminded of the Roman guard who subjected the Apostle Paul to a beating after he was arrested, not realizing that Paul was a Roman citizen. When Paul notified him of that fact, the guard was terrified, because his own life could have been forfeited. Why? Because, compared to non-citizen subjects, Roman citizens had elevated rights with respect to that sort of treatment by "law enforcement" officers.
Police should be terrified of violating American citizens' Rights. There should be dire consequences for failing to do so.
And potential police officers who don't want to face such liability shouldn't even bother applying for the job.
Instead, police are conditioned to believe exactly the opposite. No matter what they do to someone, they are virtually assured of "getting away with it" either due to them routinely committing perjury to subvert justice to protect each other, or else by enjoying legal immunities which everyday citizens could never dream of.
Such conditions are a recipe for disaster, and that 's exactly what happened here.
Even though this cop was entirely within his rights to be abusive, disrespectful, and overly aggressive in this case ("I'll light you up!" [bitch!]), most objective observers, even on this "law and order" web site, have acknowledged that his behavior was unnecessarily rude and abusive. The fact is, if this officer had acted differently this woman might very well be alive today. The fact that the woman could also have acted differently isn't compelling to me. She wasn't the one with all the arbitrary power.
Nobody should end up in jail for an "improper" lane change, no matter how rude their behavior.
We've all seen the video of the man in the truck who got pulled over, was issued an expensive ticket, and proceeded to get spitting mad, ripping up the ticket, cussing, and screaming, all while the police officer maintained a polite and courteous demeanor. That officer's behavior should be the model and standard that is striven for in this country, especially when the "crime" in question is being angry with a "revenu agent". Instead, it's the diametric opposite.
This police officer was, at least initially, acting as nothing more than a revenuer for a tax-collecting apparatus which relies on petty nit-picking and intimidation to fleece the general public.
Police should be focused on investigating and reducing actual crime, not driving around fishing for reasons to harass motorists for technicalities, all in the hopes of landing the "big" one...
