.....if Perry stays in, he’ll be getting sand kicked in his face by Trump for months and months...

Really looking forward to that.

Any Bush is popular forever it seems in TX and FL if not more states. People think of the Bushes as “conservative” but no one knows why.

Are you talking about last year when Ted was booed by Hezbollah? Or the time when Ted was booed by homosexuals?

between a libertarian capitalist and a card carrying communist.

If so expect the final triumph of Nikita S. Khrushchev.

Anyone who heard Ted Cruz’ speech on the Senate floor last week when he called McConnell a liar and the Washington Cartel corrupt knows Cruz is highly intelligent, has a solid grasp of the facts, and is a great public speaker.

Cruz is not “telegenic.” He is not the grinning, strutting, “hip” community organizer that is the darling of the shallow Hollywood Left/GayMedia.

No, Ted Cruz is a statesman and a Constitutionalist, two words completely lost on 47% of the population with IQ’s that match their shoe size.

Ted Cruz just may be too competent for a rapidly declining nation in distress.

even the lefty crossover votes can’t sustain Jebberish the pretender.

This is so great. Trump will continue to go up in the polls. Some of it is body language. Trump is totally comfortable inside his own skin. Both Walker and Cruz look like wooden Indians in comparison. And Jeb Bush looks like the Pillsbury doughboy.

Remember McCain was trailing heavily at first, too. Cruz actually has support so I expect he’ll do better in he long run.

I think that the best name for a race horse I’ve ever heard.

It also seems apropos to refer to Trump as the AP methinks. That’s your creation so I won’t use it, but I hope it gains currency.

And the best part is since The Donald is anything but PC, we don’t have to worry about whether or not he’s offended!

It is more than just politics. The Bush's are real down to earth people we have seen them moving among us for years. President GHWBush stood behind me in the line at the pharmacy to pick up his prescription. I didn't know he was even there until I turned around.

I saw Barbara out walking her dog one day, she had one SS person with her. She could have sent the dog out with him but she didn't.

Barbara held the door open for me, at a local store because my hands were full. She had 2 SS men with her but she held the door herself.

They are real, perfect, no but real people.

New Hampshire lets Dems vote...that explains the support for Trump

You need to get out more.

New Hampshire's GOP primary is tailor-made for Trump, and it has nothing to do with Democrats voting (except that Democrats who work for a living like Trump a lot and may turn out for him).

Three factors are working for Trump up here:

1) NH is the most unchurched state in the country, absolutely deadly for socons, and Trump isn't one.

2) NH is one of the most anti-government states in the country (at least as far as intrusive regulation goes), and the idea of an outside gunslinger taking the establishment out is very appealing.

3) NH GOP is dominated by country clubbers, and, as in all of Yankeedom, they are quite open about their contempt for strivers and people with dirty hands, and Trump can talk like a normal guy.

[Mr Opportunist—the flailing Cruz—collapsed in the polls after stupidly trying to latch onto the soaring Trump aura.

At a recent “In Defense of Christians” event, Cruz was booed off the stage.....he demonstrated his appalling ignorance of the plight of Christians in the middle east.

The obsessively-opportunistic Cruz used the audience’s goodwill to promote his agenda, rather than comment on Christians’ plight....he was booed off the stage.]

I believe you to be certifiably insane. I mean, there are arguments pro/con for any candidate, but yours are not among them.

I think you're being unfair to Cruz, who appears sincerely patriotic and has demonstrated loyalty to the constitution.

However, as I have said here for > 1 year, any first-term US Senator who looks in the mirror and sees a President, and doesn't blush from embarrassment, has an ambition problem. We have elected three such in history (Harding, JFK, and "Obama"), and every one has been a disaster.
