Yup. Without a doubt. See:

A sure sign of glow-bull discombobulation. Cue the ex-spurts.

perceive the ability of the climate to impact their lives

And... there it is. But, wait! I have the perfect solution. Just tell people that it ISN'T getting warmer.

There, now - isn't it all better?

I noticed something in the weather charts, used to be 90 degrees was RED, now 75 degrees is RED!

There is no doubt that things are getting warm! The news said so, and you can’t refute Official Reality.

Gore Bull warming is a figment of Al Gore’s bank account.

Oh, we understand it just fine, Gina.

It’s you who needs to get a clue.

Pretty scientific approach.

The people who survived the Jonestown Flood 1889 thought the same.

“I can remember a day when the weather report was in the middle of the domestic and international news and took about a minute and a half. It wasn’t the news.”

Really?? One of my earliest memories is Hurricane Betsy. I think it was in Alabama or some such place. I was in North Carolina. It was nowhere near me. But I think Hurricane Betsy made the news.

I also have some vague recollection of a lady named Camille....

Contradiction please.

We have been told that you can’t go by the daily weather to discern the long term global warming trends.

So you can’t say just because there’s a heat wave, that’s evidence of global warming.

At least that is what has been said in the past.

Now we’re saying that you should go by daily weather to see evidence of global warming???

Do these people just shoot off their mouths, and say whatever stream of consciousness comes into their heads? Do they ever think that what they are saying may contradict what we have been told previously? Do they ever explain the contradictions????

She wants to cut off scientific debate.

And who’s “anti-science” again?

“I can remember a day when the weather report was in the middle of the domestic and international news and took about a minute and a half. It wasn’t the news. When you go on the news today the first thing you’ll hear about is the weather. So there is a dramatic difference in the way people perceive the ability of the climate to impact their lives because they’re feeling it today,”

Uh huh.

Just like “The Summer of the Shark” when there were actually less shark attacks than normal. Yep, just like that.

The EPA chief is a glittering jewel of collosal ignorance.

His statements reveal a total lack of scientific training coupled with a laughable amount of techno babble.

One should treat him with the same regard as one treats a turd on the sidewalk.

I would debate him any time, any place.

He would be mince meat.

Brainwashing. It happens every day on ABC’s Good Morning America. The wife watches it and they treat every thunderstorm like its the end of the world.

This is satire, right? Otherwise she’s about as smart as Steve Martin being shot at by an assassin and Martin declares, “He’s after the cans! Stay away from those cans!”

“If it bleeds it leads” used to be and still is the lead on the evening news. But a close second is weather related footage. Is it because weather events are becoming much more common and violent, or might it be the easy availability of smart phones and digital cameras that allow easy uploading to the internet?

Come on folks, it’s today’s technology that makes it seem that weather is so much more extreme and dangerous. Back 20 years or earlier, it would rate a short paragraph on the back page of the daily rag next to the nation’s temperature readings.

Electing Obama prevented elephant attacks. Have you seen any news about elephant attacks in the U.S. since Obama was elected? There is the proof.
