Saw the same thing. Why Rove, a Bush supporter, is allowed to comment on the race is beyond me. He is far from objective and a legend in his own mind.

And allowed the “ Bush lied, people died” mantra to take hold. Never heard him fight back or advise fighting back with the fact that Dems approved the going to war in Iraq, and supported the WMD directions....

Also, if true the reports of movement of WMD to Syria was never given as a defense.

Go away “ architect” you build something that has fallen apart and are irrelevant

I agree...

Although I think Rubio might squeak it out too.

Rubio won’t make it to the end of the year. He’s my pick to drop out first.

Trump would probably lose to the New Citizen vote which will be massive and strategically distributed.

“You mean Cruz or Walker.”

Depends. Will you stay home if Trump is the nominee?

I agree. It needs to be Cruz or Walker. However, it could very well be Trump. And if that’s the case, the only thing that will stop Trump from being President are conservatives who choose to stay home.

Everyone knows that.

Trump’s current strategy seems to be being the ‘non-politician’ candidate. He is not allowing the other candidates, party leaders or media to pigeon-hole him and define him.

It seems to be working.

The more he makes waves, the more the newsies and other candidates think he hit bottom and it is over for him. The next week he continues to dominate the headlines.

He seems to be a masterful showman and is using that to full advantage, and that is defying explanations from the media pundits and commentator and other candidates.

==

So far, it has been a pretty good show.

Will it last?

Will he get tired and drop out?

Tune in next week for more of the thrilling adventures in politics, as The Donald dumbfounds and defies the experts.

Caddell was very, very good. But so was Richard Wirthlin, Reagan's pollster. I took my college statistics class from a professor who had worked for Wirthlin. She told me that they had it within 1/3rd of 1%. The only big surprise was how close Carter came to winning Mississippi and South Carolina. I guess there was sort of a southern pride thing in effect which they hadn't counted on. OTOH, they hadn't expected to carry 5 of 6 New England states. So, while there were discrepancies within the various state polls, overall they were within 1/3rd of 1% nationally.

By 1984, the polling had gone so well, the campaign thought they even had an outside shot at Minnesota. That's why Reagan's final campaign stop on election eve was at the airport in Mankato, just in time to make the evening news. He came within 3,000 Minnesota votes of a 50 state sweep and probably could have pulled it off if he hadn't made helping candidates down ticket the priority.

Presidential ‘polls’ mean next to nothing until at least the very last week of the campaign.

In terms of someone with the mouth and money to fight I think he’s a great option, of every candidates he’s the least to gain. I’m yet to be convinced by him policy wise, but anyone that can annoy the establishment as much as him must be onto something.

The single biggest issue you face is the same we have over here - securing your nation - and by that I mean that giant border of yours. You need to kick out the illegals and then you will have a chance, if only still slim such is the saturation of despotic socialism in the US.

This is scare polling put out by competitors.

Jbush to same his dull scripted self. Has anyone ever seen his debates? booooring. He talks “magic words” but actions speak big government and user fees to disguise taxes.

Hitlary to consolidate her alternative lifestyle base.

Notice NO DICUSSION of jbush down in the polls in FL. Trump beats jbush, followed by walker in third and Rubio in fourth.

That poll is buried.

I said he’d be first. Jeb has him completely blocked, he cannot gain any traction, even in Florida, because he can’t get past Jeb there.

At this stage we are seeing the following,

Trump because of his name and demeanor
Jbush b/c he is the “official” political class anointed
Walker ?
Cruz b/c he is in the senate
Rubio b/c the political class wants someone of Hispanic decent and not speaks the language.

Everyone else is deadweight and will go away eventually.

I see Walker (no money) Rubio (no money) leaving.

BTW Perry has been designated as the loudmouth to self destruct and attempt to take out trump in the process clearing the path for snoozefest jbush.

That changed with Obama.

Old school was a week.

New Reality is that commitment is hardening before the conventions. (see barakopolis)
