Well gee, great all of our other problems have been solved, now that Congress is taking on this issue of vital national importance.
My thoughts also.
Next will be a law like CA’s (for universities) that both participants of a sexual act must (nearly) sign a free consent contract before the act.
(BTW both these laws are targeted to go after men.)
More $$$ for lawyers.
