He’s right to some degree, the question being can Trump turn the negatives around. Hilary also has very high negatives but is leading for her nomination with higher (over 50%) numbers than Trump.
Both are underwater on the overall negative/positive view numbers.
The problem is ROVE who will keep trying to prove that Trump can’t get elected, even after Trump gets the nomination. Rove is a scum.
