Some legal insights here. I hate Kerry and Hillary, but some realities here.
Such delays are routinely granted.
JW saying Kerry is asking for the delay is a bit of a stretch. Yes, it’s done in his name, but this is not something he personally asked for. It’s routine lawyer deal. Don’t be upset if it’s granted.
Cause of Action is not very well known outside DC. They are not nearly as well known as, nor do they seek as much publicity as JW. However, here in DC, they are well known as; #1: Very Conservative, #2 Very good lawyers, and #3 Exceptionally well funded.

In the case of John Kerry, he is dumb as dogshit but he has been tutored as a lying but shrew politician by the Massachusett political machine of hardcore leftists, as well as helped by Sen. William J. Fulbright (one of the top racists in the Senate).
Kerry is incompetent, period. His gaffes way surpass his accomplishments and he has gotten more leftist and braindead as he has moved up the Democrat Party foodchain from bottom dweller to sea scum sucker.
The reds knew how to handle him, starting in Paris in 1970 and the Iranian mullahs are far smarter than him and Obama and the whole damned White House staff combined.
He gives the word “DUPE” a totally whole new meaning which most sane people cannot even comprehend.
A smart person wouldn’t carry out acts of treason like he has but he is so mentally warped that he doesn’t even recognize what he has done, or care.
Like Obama, in Kerry’s world, everything he does is “Me, Me, Me”. He has an ego the size of an elephant’s gas filled stomach and colon, only superseded by Hillary and Obama.
Hillary is a leftist doucebag and knows it. Obama is the ultimate psychopath, narcissist, egomaniac and doesn’t know it or care. That is why he surrounds himself with hardcore Marxists and politically preening egoists. They will always bow down and tell the emperor how great he looks and how smart he is.
Reminiscent of the French Revolution of 1789.
Michelle is “Marie Antoinette” in that she is more of a “let them starve” in the schools instead of letting them eat the “cake” that tastes good.

When it comes to ferreting out government corruption I’m a believer in equal opportunity and investigating those involved with the highest zeal without regard to politics or Party.
Corruption needs exposed and excised.
Is he incompetent, or is he, like Obama, is he rather smart and using that intelligence to try to destroy the America we love and he hates?
