I agree with what Brit Hume (?) said the other day, namely, that Schumer will vote against the Iran sell-out as long as Obama doesn’t need his vote.
But if it looks as if there will be exactly 60 votes to bring an anti-sellout bill to the Senate floor, Schumer will suddenly switch sides and join with Obama against Israel. Then the opponents of the deal will only have 59 votes against a filibuster by Obama supporters, which means the deal won’t be voted down.
Oh? Does he have an election coming up?
If Schumer kills this obedience to the Mullahs, it will be a major smackdown of Valerie and her charge.
If he opposes the deal (and that is a big IF), he will likely be quiet about it and just vote no.
Why is it a big IF? Because Obama probably has stuff on him (like everyone else in DC) and his chance at becoming Senate Minority Leader might be torpedoed if he makes a stink. Like most pols, he will put party ahead of conscience.

Despite a deficit of trust and confidence, negotiators from multiple countries were able to forge an agreement that—as our co-founder and CEO Senator Sam Nunn said recently—will make it “extremely difficult” for Iran to develop a bomb in the next 10-to-15 years. The consequences of rejecting the hard-fought deal, he said, would be “very severe.”
