You need to place the images in an accessible place (like a dropbox account) where they can be accessed from the Internet. Once you do that, you have to get the URL that will point to the picture and display it if you plug it into a browser. To post on FR, it would look something like this (note that I put a blank space after the left angle bracket and before the letters "img", otherwise it thinks I am trying to post an image and shows the generic"missing image" box. Everything in red is your URL from http:// to jpg:
