I bet Norm has not read Trumps book “Time to get tough”.

If Jeb’s opponent is Hillary, it will be gut wrenching decision for me, because I do not like the Bushes.

The real question is: Can the Politico sell it's trash to Joe Six-Pack???

From reading a lot of comments on FR - Politico has a lot of "believers" right here.

I did not see anywhere that Palin is exclusively endorsing Trump. Instead her comment was “Thank God for Donald Trump” because he is raising the issues above and beyond the establishment and media. I won’t call you short-sighted because I do feel the same way about his principles, especially on social issues, but;

She also lumps Trump into her chorus of Cruz and Fiorina because they are fearlessly raising the same issues she feels need to be addressed. Mostly because they are outsiders from her coined phrase of the crony capitalists who are destroying our country, from both parties.

Moreover, she knows her place has been temporarily set by that same cabal, key word here is temporarily. They started the political and media war against her because of what she did in Alaska to throw the corrupt basstarts in jail there and they knew they were next.

By aligning her sights on those outside of the cabal, she sees the same opportunity to make an end run around them as Patton did through southern France on his way to the Rein. Luck is where opportunity and preparation meet. Being able to recognize that meeting through instinct driven by principle.

As I said, Trump is driven by someone or some group who reneged on a major deal with him, and he is just getting back. Apparently it is the entire political Ruling Class establishment because his aim and indignation is totally on target right now. Maybe he just reached his high water mark of the bullcrap, but whether you like him or not, I don’t, that does not stop me from using his position on the current issues as a sounding board to help wake up the LIV’s in this country. The encouraging thing is that a lot of the LIV’s are the “Joe-six-pack” model.

It is not lost on me that Trump has had private meetings with both Palin and Cruz and nobody is leaking what they spoke about. Let the rabbit run, he is killing the establishment and there are only a few of the 17 that can point to a history of being on the same side of the issues he is raising at this point.

Yeah, Pharaoh went pole to wire but it was only a single lap of the track, not a 500 mile race. and this is a 500 miler.

I like Trump and am enjoying his “sharp stick in the eye” to the GOP and media establishment. I don’t believe its likely that he’ll be there at the end. But I must admit it is possible.

President Reagan got elected, twice, on a large dim crossover.

That's what I was thinking about when I inserted "almost always"

The right guy with a positive message about America can do this.

I agree with that. Just like Reagan did.

All the weenie candidates hiding behind PC wording in their statements can't do this.

Agree with that.

Just think for a moment how it looks and what is implied when the PC world did not want the Americans to chant "USA! USA!" at the Olympics during a game with some small African nation.

They think they're being nice and "worldly" but the implication is that we Americans (white people, in the eyes of the PC liberal) are the smartest and superior to those on that other team and it's just not right that we gloat about our superiority in public in a game against non-white players.

And what's really the message when one supports giving the non-white a head start in college and all the other racial quotas the PC crowd proudly supports? Their message is the non-white man is inferior to the white person. And that's a major difference between a conservative and a liberal. Now it seems that many republicans are in competition with the democrats to see who can be the bigger bigot.

Yes, it's possible to be non-discriminating against the blacks but still be bigot towards them.
