I bet the people who own cottages on Martha's Vineyard are pissed. The best time to go is in the summer and especially in July and August when the water is the warmest. And they have to put up with him and his entourage which means their vacations will suck. Can't go get ice cream, can't go to eat, can't go to the beach with his itinerary getting in their way.
Next summer he will probably confiscate the entire island.
