IMO,Trump’s appeal in general has a lot to do with exposing the press for the morons they are and not taking their crap. People are thrilled to see this and I believe in their minds overrides any irritation his ego my chafe.
It would seem so.
FOX was wrong to ask the candidates to pledge that they would not run as a third candidate. That question was designed to belittle Mr Trump. If I were him I would have announced that I would answer that question at 9AM tomorrow and I would have left the stage. Who the hell do these ‘so-called’ moderators think they are anyway? Horrible production. Seems that FOX is determined to fry each and every candidate.....

That is precisely what voters are wanting. Someone who isn’t scripted, who is passionate, and will fight back. Trump did tonight exactly, precisely, what has been putting him in front of the pack all along.
He’s not my guy, I am a Cruz supporter, but I will not ignore the reality of why Trump is winning.

I agree that those are great strengths of Ted Cruz. Cruz he could learn from Trump on how to get buzz, attention and excitement. Cruz has none of that. Mr excitement he ain’t. Cruz has to break out and rise into the top tier of candidates to get momentum building that he is the next big thing. Cruz’s polling is in mid single digits and abysmal for such a great man.
