I kind of believe the Indian Air Force on this, Typhoons aren’t going to do well with bare knuckle brawling.

If you've read the parameters of the engagements, particularly the famous one with the USAF F-15s you can see how the results came out. My guess is that the Typhoons, like the F-15s were not allowed to use AMRAAMs or any type of BVR weapon, no AWACS, no jamming, and were probably outnumbered. If it was a real shooting war type of situation my guess is that half of the SU-30s would have been knocked out before the merge with the sections severely disrupted, to be picked off by the Typhoons. That's not saying the Typhoons wouldn't take some losses, but ti wouldn't be 12-0!
